Felimida britoi (=Chromodoris britoi) is a small dorid nudibranch with bright violet and yellow colours. The base colour is a diffused violet colour with a bright yellow/suffused white sub-marginal band and three distinct yellow lines adjoined near the gills.

Propodial tentacles: Absent
Oral tentacles: 2 in number, short, pale violet coloured.
Rhinophores: Purple, lamellate, retractile.
Gills: Present, unipinnate, pale violet with darker centre.
Foot: Pale violet, evenly coloured, without any appendages.

Size range: 12-16mm. Uncommon.

Specific characteristics: This species is easy to distinguish from related species by its colouration; however it may be superficially confused with F. krohni which has green lines, or with villafranca which has white and yellow disconnected lines and a bluish body colour.
