Small cephalaspidean, pale cream in colour but with scattered specks of rust brown on the body and parapodia. Specimens of this species are generally narrow and elongated. Shell intenal with chain-like sculpturing on the shell.
Generally found amongst algae.

Size range: 2-3mm. Uncommon.

Specific characteristics: Many similar species and identification is based on small size, colour and shell (internal) ornamentation which generally requires dissection.
